4 Nights / 5 Days Morocco – Marrakech Tour
Day 1 – MARRAKECH
After baggage drop-off, ticketing and passport procedures, departure to Marrakech with Turkish Airlines. Upon arrival in Marrakech, completion of passport control and meeting with our guide. Panoramic city tour of Marrakech, known as the “Red City”, by coach. Transfer to the hotel and check-in.
Day 2 – MARRAKECH
After breakfast at the hotel, we start exploring the Marrakech Medina. Passing through narrow streets lined with orange and cypress trees, we reach the Koutoubia Mosque, the largest mosque in Marrakech. Dating back to the 12th century, the mosque is renowned for its impressive minaret, each side decorated with a different motif. We then visit the Marrakech Souk, reminiscent of a covered bazaar, where you can find spices, carpets, kilims, traditional Moroccan embroidered clothing, leather bags, wallets, perfumes, and many other local products. Our tour concludes at Jemaa El Fna Square, the vibrant heart of Marrakech and a social gathering place for locals and visitors alike. During the tour, we also visit famous herbalist shops offering argan oil, cactus oil, and various spices. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3 – MARRAKECH / ESSAOUIRA / MARRAKECH
After breakfast, we depart for a full-day Essaouira Tour, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Located on the Atlantic coast, Essaouira is a charming seaside town that may remind you of Bodrum at first glance. Formerly a Portuguese city, it is known for its fishing harbor, artistic atmosphere, and cultural heritage. We visit the city walls, fishing port, and the Medina, inspired by ancient Roman urban planning. You will have free time to explore the narrow winding streets and enjoy shopping. Return to Marrakech in the evening. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 4 – MARRAKECH / RABAT / CASABLANCA
After breakfast, departure to Rabat, the capital of Morocco, located at the mouth of the Bou Regreg River on the Atlantic coast. We visit the Hassan Tower, one of Rabat’s most iconic landmarks, and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, where the late king and his two sons are buried. Following the visit, we continue to Casablanca. Upon arrival, we begin with an exterior visit of the impressive Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world, designed by architect Michel Pinseau and completed within six years by hundreds of craftsmen. We then enjoy a city tour of Casablanca, observing its modern metropolitan character and Art Deco architecture. Visits include Mohammed V Square, Habous Quarter, and the Corniche area. Transfer to the hotel and check-in.
Day 5 – CASABLANCA / ISTANBUL
After late breakfast, check-out from the hotel and transfer to the airport. Departure to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines.
